Typical Project Process

  3. Design and tooling: Confirm technical data, mold structure, material, surface, connector, and assembly approach.
  4. Sampling and verification: Produce trial samples and review dimensions, appearance, function, and installation fit.
  5. Pilot and production: Finalize packaging, quality checkpoints, production quantity, and delivery plan.

Project Conditions

Tooling cost, minimum order quantity, sample timing, testing scope, intellectual property review, production lead time, and delivery terms are quoted individually. Not every concept is suitable for development, and no project begins until technical and commercial requirements are confirmed.
