From Concept to Production

  1. Define: Review the target product, vehicle application, original sample, OE reference, features, and commercial goal.
  2. Engineer: Confirm design data, material, tooling approach, mounting structure, connector, and performance requirements.
  3. Tool and sample: Develop tooling and trial samples for dimensional, appearance, function, and fitment review.
  4. Validate: Identify required corrections and confirm the approved production standard.
  5. Produce: Plan material, molding, sourcing, assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipment.

Quality Control Focus

Quality checkpoints are selected according to the product and project. These may include incoming component review, dimensional inspection, connector and polarity checks, lighting function checks, appearance inspection, assembly verification, packaging checks, and pre-shipment sampling.

Automotive Product Focus

Our current product focus includes mirror turn signal lights, mirror glass and mirror components, complete mirror assemblies, grille and front-end lighting, exterior lighting, commercial van components, and selected exterior replacement or upgrade parts.

Packaging and Supply

Projects can include neutral packaging, branded packaging, label control, inserts, accessories, carton planning, and retail or wholesale packing configurations. Packaging requirements, minimum quantities, and costs are confirmed during quotation.
