OptiFlow Auto uses different fulfillment routes depending on the product. Review the product page and availability designation before ordering. US Stock, NJ Local Stock, China Direct, made-to-order, and trade orders can have different processing and transit expectations.
New Jersey Fulfillment
Selected products stocked in New Jersey are typically processed within 2 business days. Typical U.S. delivery is approximately 2–4 days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, weather, and service conditions.
China-Direct and Extended-Handling Orders
China-direct, made-to-order, specialized, and bulk products can require supplier confirmation, production, inspection, consolidation, packaging, or export preparation. Applicable processing and transit expectations are shown on the listing or confirmed in a quote.
Order Processing
Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Orders can be held for address review, fitment clarification, payment verification, stock confirmation, or other information needed for accurate fulfillment.
Tracking
Tracking is provided after the shipment is created and accepted for transit. Tracking activity may take time to appear. Large or multi-package orders can receive more than one tracking number.
Split Shipments
Orders containing different fulfillment sources, quantities, or warehouse locations may ship separately. Separate packages can arrive on different dates.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after processing begins, and rerouting fees may apply where charged by the carrier.
Delivery Issues
When tracking shows delivered but the package is not located, check the delivery area, household members, building staff, and nearby locations, then contact the carrier and OptiFlow Auto promptly. Carrier investigations can require additional time.
Damage or Missing Items
Keep all packaging and contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the shipping label, outer carton, inner packaging, product, and affected area. Do not discard packaging while a claim is under review.
International Shipping
Duties, taxes, brokerage, customs requirements, and import responsibilities depend on the destination and quoted shipping terms. Unless specifically stated otherwise, these costs may be the buyer’s responsibility.
Delays Outside Our Control
Carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs review, remote-area access, incorrect addresses, holidays, and other external events can affect delivery. Estimated dates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
